Case Trading Corporation, a premier agricultural commodities export firm, is seeking a driven and persuasive Outbound Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company in the global market, driving international sales, building client relationships, and expanding our agricultural export footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to international B2B prospects, including wholesalers, distributors, and food manufacturers.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential buyers.
- Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value, quality, and pricing of our agricultural commodities (e.g., grains, pulses, spices, etc.).
- Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships from initial contact through to the closing of profitable export deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on global agricultural market trends, commodity pricing, and competitor activity to make compelling pitches.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, call notes, and customer data in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in agriculture, commodities, or logistics is a strong plus).
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- High resilience with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to navigate different time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable for global trade.

Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹50,000.00 per month
