Job Description – ERP Technical Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a ERP Technical Consultant with 2–3+ years of experience in ERP technical development, customization, integration,reporting, and support
Candidates with hands-on experience in any ERP platform are welcome Experience with a specific ERP product is not mandatory,provided the candidate has strong technical ERP exposure and can quickly adapt to new systems
Key Skills & Capabilities
2–3 years of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant, Developer, or Technical Analyst.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Infor NetSuite, Odoo, Epicor, Tally
Experience in ERP customization, development, configuration, and technical support
Good knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, Python, or any relevant programming language.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or relational databases.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.
Experience developing ERP reports, dashboards
Knowledge of SSRS,Crystal Reports, or equivalent reporting tools.
Understanding of workflows and business process automation.
Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or CRM is preferred.
Understanding of SDLC, testing debugging and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business and technical requirements and provide effective ERP technical solutions.
Develop, customize, configure, and maintain ERP applications.
Perform requirement analysis, technical feasibility, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and custom functionalities.
Develop and support API integrations between ERP and third-party applications
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Work closely with Functional team to develop business requirements into technical solutions.
Support functional testing, system testing, and UAT.
Assist with data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.
Conduct code reviews and follow technical and organizational standards.
Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations
Support production issues and act as a technical escalation point for complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of relevant ERP technical development or consulting experience.
Experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting environments.
Strong communication, client-handling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and functional teams
