1. Shipment Booking Coordination
Coordinate with courier partners and internal branch teams to schedule shipment
bookings while ensuring adherence to the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
2. Pickup Monitoring and Confirmation
Ensure timely pickup of all shipments by maintaining effective communication with
courier partners and branch teams and confirming pickups as per scheduled
timelines.
3. Shipment Tracking and Monitoring
Monitor all dispatched shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring proactive
tracking, timely status updates, and prompt resolution of any transit-related issues.
4. Delivery Follow-Up
Coordinate with courier service providers to follow up on pending or delayed
deliveries and ensure successful completion within the committed TAT.
5. Proof of Delivery (POD) Management
Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from courier partners and
share them with respective branches for proper documentation and record
management.
6. Invoice Verification and Billing Control
Review and validate courier invoices against shipment records to ensure billing
accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
7. Reporting and MIS Management
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports related to courier operations, including
dispatch volumes, delivery performance, TAT adherence, exceptions, and operational
improvements.
8. Vendor Performance Review
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with courier partners to
evaluate service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with agreed service
standards.
9. RCA and Corrective Action Management
Maintain records of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for shipments delivered beyond the
defined TAT and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize future
delays.
10. Cost Optimization and Analysis
Monitor courier expenses, analyse shipment costing, identify cost-saving
opportunities, and provide regular summaries and analytical reports to improve
operational efficiency and cost control.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
