Job Title: Service Advisor (HCV/Truck Division)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor/ Technical Advisor to manage the repair and maintenance workflow for our truck service center. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between truck owners/drivers and our technical workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand vehicle issues, and document repair requirements accurately.
- Job Card Management: Open and manage job cards, ensuring all technical complaints are clearly communicated to the mechanics.
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate labor and spare parts cost estimates to customers and obtain approvals.
- Workflow Coordination: Monitor the progress of repairs to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct a final walkthrough of the vehicle to ensure all requested repairs are completed to standard.
- Billing: Finalize service invoices and explain the work performed to the customer upon delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) or Trucking industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of truck mechanical systems and spare parts.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle various types of customers and drivers.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel/Word) or garage management software.
