We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Assist in candidate engagement, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Support campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
