Finance Transformation
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 3+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock new value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building financial models and designing AI pipelines — translating complex financial requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the Finance function and the Data & Technology organization, driving transformation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and strategic insight across the business.
Work you'll do
As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Finance AI team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business and finance requirements and translating them into AI-enabled solution designs and technical requirements
- Designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecast generation, and expense classification
- Developing generative artificial intelligence solutions, prompt libraries, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and multi-agent workflows to support finance use cases
- Building and maintaining application programming interface-based data pipelines that integrate with platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Establishing AI governance, model risk, and explainability practices for finance use cases while supporting team capability building in agentic AI and prompt engineering
The team
The Finance AI team helps finance organizations apply data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, automation, and business insight. The team works across finance, data, and technology stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. This role contributes to the delivery of intelligent solutions that combine finance domain knowledge with emerging technology capabilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience building artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions in enterprise environments supporting finance data or finance processes
- Experience supporting finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, or commercial finance
- Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or artificial intelligence use cases
- Experience developing generative artificial intelligence, agentic artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation solutions
- Experience working with cloud or data platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Databricks, or Snowflake
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience developing natural language processing solutions for contract analysis, audit support, or management reporting
- Experience building application programming interface-based data pipelines for cloud data integration
- Experience with tools or frameworks such as FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, or pandas
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Redshift, or vector databases
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
