Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Hair Stylist with strong technical expertise, professionalism, and confidence in handling clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about their craft, committed to delivering a premium client experience, and willing to continuously learn and improve with evolving trends and techniques.
Core Responsibilities
- Consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Provide professional services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for both men and women
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Promote and recommend salon hair care products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and follow hygiene protocols
- Stay updated with latest hair trends, styles, and techniques
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of salon experience as a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser / Hair Colorist
- Expertise in advanced haircuts and styling for men & women
- Knowledge of hair coloring techniques (global, highlights, balayage preferred)
- Experience with chemical treatments (Keratin, Rebonding, Smoothening, etc.)
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Willingness to learn and grow continuously
Additionally (Good to Haves)
- Hair academy certification
- Experience working in premium salons
- Existing client base or strong client retention ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
