Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols and hospital standards.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Assist medical practitioners during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical interventions, as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.
