About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to embed directly
within our core business, engineering, and marketplace operations units. Reporting directly
to the HR Head, you will translate corporate people strategies into daily execution, ensuring
our teams are scale-ready, highly engaged, and aligned with our fast-paced operational
milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Alignment: Partner with engineering and department heads to implement
tailored people strategies.
- Performance Architecture: Run comprehensive performance evaluation frameworks
to align team KPIs with marketplace growth metrics.
- Resource Planning: Forecast hiring needs with the talent acquisition desk to ensure
seamless team onboarding.
- Engagement & Culture: Deploy retention strategies and resolution frameworks to
maintain a high-performance workforce.
- HR Analytics: Track attrition, workforce trends, and engagement metrics to deliver
data-driven insights to leadership.
What We Look For
- Background: 4–7 years of experience as an HRBP or Generalist, ideally within fast-
paced tech environments or complex B2B platforms.
- Execution: Exceptional interpersonal presence with a track record of driving team
alignment and coaching managers.
- Data Acumen: A metrics-driven approach with hands-on experience using HRMS
tools and performance analytics.
- Domain Advantage: Prior exposure to high-growth technology, supply chain, or
heavy operations environments is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹394,611.17 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
