Job Responsibilities
- Visit dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions on a regular basis.
- Promote and generate demand for Sparcaine products among dentists and dental professionals.
- Appoint and manage dealers/channel partners in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct product detailing and presentations to customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, sales, and market updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science / Pharmacy / Commerce / Business).
- 0–3 years of experience in Pharma / Dental / Healthcare sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad and nearby market is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in doctor engagement and prescription generation.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in field sales.
