About the Role This is a multi-functional backbone role combining office administration, proposal preparation, subsidy & compliance documentation, store/inventory management, and site coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both paperwork and on-ground coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Proposals & Documentation
· Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and project documentation based on sales inputs.
· File and track subsidy applications on the National Portal for Rooftop Solar (PM Surya Ghar) and follow up until disbursement.
· Manage net-metering applications, vendor registration, and feasibility approvals with the DISCOM (PVVNL/UPPCL).
· Handle compliance documentation — agreements, KYC, project files, inspection and commissioning records.
Banking & Liaison
· Coordinate bank visits for customer loan files and company banking/financing documentation.
· Visit the electricity department for net-metering, inspections, and approvals.
Store & Inventory
· Maintain store/inventory records — inward/outward of panels, inverters, structures, and BOS items.
· Track stock levels, material issue to sites, and maintain accurate store documentation.
Site Coordination
· Coordinate installation schedules and material dispatch with the technical/installation team.
· Track project status from booking to commissioning and ensure timely closure.
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in solar operations, documentation, or back-office (solar industry strongly preferred).
· Working knowledge of the PM Surya Ghar portal, subsidy process, and DISCOM net-metering procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and good documentation discipline.
· Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
· Two-wheeler (bike) preferred for bank, DISCOM, and site visits.
· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask across functions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
