Job Summary:
Maruti House Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Elevation Designer to create realistic and visually appealing residential building elevations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, exterior aesthetics, materials, lighting, and rendering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern and luxury residential 3D elevations.
- Create high-quality exterior renders with realistic lighting and materials.
- Develop front, side, and rear elevation concepts based on floor plans.
- Prepare multiple elevation options as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and planning designers to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise designs based on client feedback within project timelines.
- Maintain company design standards and quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural elevation design and exterior materials.
- Good understanding of color combinations, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders.
- Attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
