*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Generate leads through various marketing and networking activities.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
*Experience*
6 months to 1 years of experience in real estate sales.
*Required Skills*
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
