As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in shaping their experience throughout the hiring journey. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People & Culture teams to ensure every candidate interaction is timely, professional, and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zones, ensuring a smooth hiring journey.

Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and guidance on interview processes and next steps.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA tools.

Support recruiters and hiring teams with interview logistics, feedback coordination, reporting, and recruitment administration.

Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, referral programs, talent communities, and continuous improvement of candidate experience processes.
What we need to see from you:
- Must have experience in scheduling & coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders across different locations.

Experience supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, job advertising, referral programs, or talent community activities.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
