About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, services, and products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, brand building, analytics, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize SEO (On-page and Off-page).
- Plan and schedule social media content across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Google Search Console.
- Design customer acquisition funnels and lead generation workflows.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams (or create creatives when needed).
- Execute email marketing and SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, SERP rankings, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Yoast, etc.)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- CRM & Marketing Automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to plan, execute, track, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
