Sales Executive – Insurance

About the Role
We are looking for a Presales Executive to join our team and handle customer interactions for insurance-related products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and insurance.
IRDA-related training will be provided to selected candidates to help them understand insurance products and the required process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant insurance products and services.
- Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Conduct effective product presentations and explain policy benefits clearly.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule or facilitate discussions with the relevant sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned performance and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Prior experience in presales, telesales, insurance, BFSI, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in insurance sales can also apply.
- Comfortable working in a WFH environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling calls and speaking with customers.
