Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at What Works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other lead generation channels.
Qualify leads and convert prospects into potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized client solutions.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities.
Track sales activities, maintain reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and account management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing services.
Required Skills
Strong business development and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Relationship management and client handling experience.
Knowledge of sales processes and account management.
Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Branding, Website Development, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are an advantage.
Experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales will be preferred.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets will be an added advantage.
