Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking and financial operations.
- Process customer requests, account-related documentation, and transactions.
- Verify documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain records and update information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries.
- Follow banking policies, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide timely support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
