Position Summary
Cuatro Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have 30–35 years of progressive leadership experience, including significant experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Business Head, President, or Executive Director in large organizations or high-growth enterprises.
The CEO will be responsible for defining corporate strategy, driving sustainable growth, strengthening operational excellence, fostering innovation, ensuring financial performance, and representing the company before investors, customers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Lead organizational transformation and digital innovation.
- Build a high-performance, future-ready organization.
Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Develop domestic and international business strategies.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Lead strategic alliances and joint ventures.
Financial & Corporate Governance
- Deliver sustainable financial performance and shareholder value.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
- Present business performance and strategic plans to the Board of Directors.
Operational Excellence
- Optimize business operations across all functions.
- Establish robust performance management systems and KPIs.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Technology & Innovation
- Champion digital transformation, AI adoption, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the CTO and leadership team to build scalable technology platforms.
- Promote innovation as a core organizational capability.
Leadership & Culture
- Build and mentor a world-class executive leadership team.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the principal representative of the company.
- Build strong relationships with investors, government bodies, customers, partners, and industry associations.
- Represent Cuatro Labs at national and international forums.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
