Job Summary:
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and purchase activities, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operational requirements. The role involves handling inventory, managing purchase orders, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of non-branded and generic products from local and regional vendors.
- Coordinate with authorized distributors, brand partners, and suppliers for quotations and availability.
- Manage the procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of materials and services.
- Oversee purchase management, including preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update all procurement and purchase records systematically for easy retrieval and audits.
- Manage vendor relationships—develop new vendor sources and evaluate existing suppliers for quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material and service requirements promptly.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate inventory records.
- Support daily operational activities, including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet client and operational requirements.
Desired Profile
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
