ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to re-engage prospective participants who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled — understanding what's holding them back, and helping the right candidates take the next step.
This is a fully remote role, and we are especially keen to discover top-tier talent — professionals who want to do high-calibre work without relocating.
THE ESSENTIALS
Role: Tele Caller – Participant Engagement & Conversion
Location: 100% Remote (reliable internet and power backup required)
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility as program timelines require
Structure: This is a full-time independent consulting engagement, not standard payroll employment
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- ◆ Call and speak directly with prospective participants who haven't enrolled, running structured, consultative conversations over the phone to understand why.
- ◆ Diagnose the actual blocker — budget, timing, conviction, competing priority — before proposing a path forward.
- ◆ Address concerns with clarity and credibility on the call, and guide genuinely interested participants through enrollment.
- ◆ Log every conversation and outcome in the CRM, and flag patterns in non-conversion to the program team.
These professionals already know the program. Respect that — diagnose the real reason for hesitation before offering a solution.
WHO WILL THRIVE HERE
- ◆ A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged and takes ownership of outcomes by default.
- ◆ Exceptional written and verbal English, strong follow-up discipline, and genuine enjoyment of solving client queries.
- ◆ 3-5 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, admissions, or consultative client engagement.
- ◆ Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, digital-first environment. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEProspective participants feel heard, not chased.
