Job description
- Assisting the HR manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Supporting the recruitment and selection process
- Assisting with performance management and employee engagement programs
- Administering HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations
- Handling employee relations matters
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Assisting in HR data analysis and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in an HR role or similar position
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Understanding of recruitment and performance management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
