Hiring: Deputy Operations Manager – Security Services
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Operations Manager – Security Services to lead and manage security operations across multiple client locations.
Location: Kolkata (or as applicable)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Industry: Security Services / Facility Management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end security operations across multiple client sites.
Lead and supervise field teams to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor deployment, attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security personnel.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, inspections, and operational reviews.
Resolve client concerns and operational challenges through proactive engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client expectations.
Prepare MIS reports, operational reviews, and management presentations.
Drive service quality, manpower utilization, and operational efficiency.
Lead Generation

✔ Strong experience in security operations management.
✔ Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple sites.
✔ Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Experience with industrial, corporate, banking, manufacturing, or commercial clients preferred.
✔ Knowledge of security processes, compliance, and manpower management.
✔ Result-oriented, disciplined, and proactive professional.
Eligibility:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Security Services / Facility Management industry.
Hands-on experience in physical security operations is mandatory.
Graduate preferred.
