Pastry Chef

Job Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, cookies, and other confectionery products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pastry techniques, presentation, and recipe development while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, cookies and confectionery items.
- Design and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper storage procedures.
- Manage daily pastry production schedules and workflow.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Operate and maintain pastry and bakery equipment safely.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff and assistants.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to meet customer and business requirements.
- Handle custom orders for celebrations, events, and special occasions.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
