Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all retail branches across Mumbai.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth for gardening and fogging equipment.
- Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Handle inventory planning, stock movement, and replenishment coordination.
- Supervise branch staff, sales teams, and store operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Plan promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain SOPs, compliance, and operational discipline across branches.
- Generate MIS reports and share regular business updates with management.
- Support institutional and corporate sales opportunities whenever required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and reporting systems.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience in retail, hardware, agriculture equipment, gardening products, machinery, or allied industries.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in retail/store operations.
- Experience handling multiple branches will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Energetic and proactive leader.
- Strong problem-solving and operational management skills.
- Ability to manage teams and drive branch performance independently.
- Candidate with exposure to gardening, nursery, machinery, hardware, or agricultural products preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
