We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Advisor who can engage with enterprise-level decision-makers and recommend the right communication solutions based on business needs. The role involves understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable products, generating qualified prospects, and building a strong pipeline of enterprise leads.
You will act as the first point of contact, advising clients on the most relevant solutions across CPaaS and SaaS offerings, and collaborating closely with the sales (RM) team for conversions and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Solution Advisory
Engage with business stakeholders (CXOs, CTOs, CFOs, CEOs) to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable products (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, RCS, Cloud Telephony, AI Agents, Workspace solutions).
On-Call Solution Mapping
Provide real-time consultation to clients by identifying their use cases and advising the best-fit solution for their business.
Enterprise Prospect Creation
Identify, qualify, and create high-value enterprise-level prospects across industries.
Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise leads through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and engagement.
Meeting Generation & Handover
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Relationship Manager (RM) / Sales team and ensure proper briefing for effective conversions.
Sales Collaboration
Work closely with RMs and internal sales teams to move leads through the funnel and support closure strategies.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate with clients post-conversion to ensure a smooth onboarding process and initial setup.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with product, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and client experience.
Industry & Product Awareness
Stay updated with the latest trends, use cases, and advancements in CPaaS, SaaS, and cloud communication solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders (CXO level)
Experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, or solution advisory roles
Basic to intermediate understanding of CPaaS & SaaS products
Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
