The Opportunity
This is not a traditional vendor management role.
As Senior Manager – Partner Development, you will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard world-class manufacturing partners across machining, fabrication, castings, tooling, and engineered components. You'll work directly with leadership to establish the foundation of Inticore's manufacturing ecosystem.
If you enjoy discovering capable manufacturers, assessing shop floors, negotiating win-win partnerships, and building scalable processes, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and expand Inticore's manufacturing partner network.
- Source and qualify new manufacturing partners across India.
- Evaluate technical capability, capacity, quality systems, and commercial viability.
- Conduct supplier audits and coordinate cross-functional due diligence.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Execute Partner Collaboration Agreements and prepare partners for successful go-live.
- Develop a structured partner qualification framework and maintain a healthy partner pipeline.
- Drive visibility and governance through BOLT.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 8–15 years in Vendor Development, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Procurement, or Supply Chain within Automotive or Engineering Manufacturing.
- Proven experience sourcing and qualifying new manufacturing suppliers.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with MSME manufacturing businesses.
- Ability to evaluate manufacturing facilities and supplier capabilities.
- Experience managing supplier onboarding and contract execution.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, castings, assemblies, and tooling.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and supplier audits.
- ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to manufacturing locations.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
