Role Overview
Hands-on Mechatronics Engineer responsible for product development, prototyping, production supervision, and vendor coordination. Startup experience and end-to-end product lifecycle exposure preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electro-mechanical systems
- 3D modeling & assemblies using SolidWorks
- Prototype development using Arduino & embedded systems
- Rapid prototyping using 3D printing
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & firmware issues
- Supervise production and ensure quality standards
- Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM)
- Manage BOMs and technical documentation
- Coordinate with vendors & suppliers
- Lead vendor negotiations (cost, quality, timelines)
- Drive projects from concept to production
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electronics
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong hands-on skills in Arduino, SolidWorks, 3D printing
- Experience in production supervision
- Vendor management & negotiation experience
Preferred
- Startup experience
- Exposure to complete product lifecycle
- Knowledge of PCB integration / IoT systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
