Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer role based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Marketer will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to support brand awareness and performance goals. The role involves managing daily social media activities, monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. The Social Media Marketer will collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader digital marketing and influencer strategies, and prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights. The role also includes staying current with platform updates, trends, and best practices to continuously refine NvaraMedia’s and clients’ social media presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize platform-specific campaigns.
- Experience with Content Strategy and Digital Marketing to align social efforts with overall growth and performance goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social copy, stakeholder updates, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Ability to analyze social media analytics tools, interpret data, and implement data-driven improvements to campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, and A/B testing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
