Kamfee Billing Solutions LLP is hiring Payment Posting Executives / Specialists with hands-on experience in eClinicalWorks (ECW) for accurate posting and reconciliation of insurance and patient payments.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling ERA/EOB posting, adjustments, and denial identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Post insurance and patient payments in eClinicalWorks (ECW).
- Process ERA and EOB postings accurately.
- Handle payment reconciliation and adjustments.
- Identify denials, underpayments, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with billing and AR teams to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain daily posting accuracy and meet productivity targets.
Requirements
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) – Mandatory.
- Experience in ERA / EOB payment posting.
- Knowledge of insurance adjustments and denial identification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of US medical billing processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with US healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of payer portals such as Availity, UHC, Medicare, Medicaid.
