We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Event Marketing & Sales Manager to plan, promote, and successfully sell events and travel packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating and converting leads, managing digital and offline promotions, building strategic partnerships, achieving sales targets, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with experience in event marketing, sales, digital marketing, CRM, and team management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 3–7 years of relevant experience in event management, travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Proficiency in social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet revenue targets, and drive successful event registrations and business growth.
