The professional engages with multiple system elements, continuously monitoring and analyzing to maintain system integrity and performance, while supporting business continuity through timely and effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and deliver effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.
- Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
