Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales & Business Development professional to drive pre-lease opportunities and outright sales. The role involves investor acquisition, property advisory, deal structuring, negotiations, transaction management, and building strong relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities for pre-lease leasing and outright property sales.
- Identify and acquire investors, buyers, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, commercial properties, and market trends.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Manage negotiations and close pre-lease and outright sale transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and channel partners.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Track market trends, property inventory, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, pre-lease transactions, or outright property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of commercial real estate investments and leasing processes.
- Target-oriented with proven business development and client acquisition capabilities.
