About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Executive to manage vehicle insurance claims for our growing EV logistics fleet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle insurance claim processing, coordination with insurance companies, workshops, surveyors, and regular follow-up to ensure timely claim settlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end vehicle insurance claim processes for EV fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and internal stakeholders.
- File insurance claims and ensure all required documents are submitted accurately.
- Follow up regularly with insurance providers for claim approvals and settlements.
- Maintain claim records, status reports, and documentation.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding claim progress and pending cases.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and survey appointments.
- Track claim turnaround times and escalate delayed cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle insurance claims handling.
- Experience dealing with commercial vehicle insurance claims is preferred.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies, claim documentation, and settlement procedures.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in EV fleet, logistics, transportation, or automobile industry will be an added advantage.
