Role Overview We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment (~80% of the role) while also supporting broader HR operations (~20%) — giving you exposure across the employee lifecycle in a growing biosciences organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout
* Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and consultants
* Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
* Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical/niche positions (scientific, technical, sales roles as relevant to biosciences)
* Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio)
* Manage vendor/consultant relationships for lateral and bulk hiring
* Conduct salary negotiations and offer discussions
HR Generalist Support (20%)
* Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires
* Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
* Maintain HR records/HRMS data related to new joiners
* Assist with basic employee relations queries and documentation
* Support policy communication and compliance-related documentation as needed
Requirements
* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
* Prior recruitment experience preferred (pharma/biosciences/healthcare industry a plus)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
