About the role
We buy for three businesses — a design-and-build studio, a development company, and a realty arm. Every rupee you save on a purchase stays in the project margin. Every rupee you lose comes out of it. This is not an order-placing job. You own the buying function.
What you will do
- Develop and negotiate with vendors across cement, steel, aggregate, tiles, sanitary, electrical, hardware, paint and finishing materials
- Build and maintain our Master Rate Library — this does not exist properly yet, and you will build it
- Raise purchase orders against approved BOQ quantities only. No indent without a drawing or a BOQ behind it
- Three-quote comparison for every item above the approval threshold, documented
- Schedule material against site programme — material reaches site before it is needed, not after
- Verify quantity, brand and specification at delivery against the PO before any payment is released
- Track escalation and flag immediately when any key material moves 5% or more
- Work alongside Karan Chaudhary, who handles labour and contractor procurement — material is yours, labour is his
- Daily cash and bill close with Pradeep ji
Who we're looking for
- Graduate; 4–7 years in construction or interior procurement in NCR
- Live vendor network in Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi markets
- Strong Excel. You will work inside a structured BOQ and rate library, not a notebook
- Must be able to read a drawing and tie an indent back to it
- Comfortable on site — dust, heat and argument
Non-negotiable
- No commission, gift or benefit from any vendor. Ever. Immediate termination on breach.
- All payments route through the company. No side settlement.
- Vendor rates are confidential and are not discussed outside this office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
