Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers from the enquiry stage through to final shipment dispatch.
Handling complete customer coordination and communication independently for domestic and international markets including USA, UK, Canada, and South Africa.
Working closely with the Production and R&D teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
Coordinating timely preparation and dispatch of pre-shipment samples and ensuring approvals are received within timelines to facilitate smooth shipments.
Monitoring order progress and ensuring timely execution and dispatch of shipments.
Conducting weekly meetings with overseas customers to provide shipment updates, discuss ongoing requirements, and resolve operational or quality-related challenges.
Acting as a key communication bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Representing Swani Spice Mills Pvt. Ltd. at domestic conferences and industry platforms.
