Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign strategy, lead generation, and analytics, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Develop digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
- Coordinate with the creative team for campaign creatives, videos, and content.
- Manage Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–4years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and landing page optimization.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics are an added advantage.
