Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
Schedule meetings and present company services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Maintain daily sales reports and client follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales or business development.
Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
Strong lead generation and client management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales preferred.
