Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Training Manager to lead the design and execution of large-scale, transformative learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a certified expert in both corporate and academic training, capable of strengthening teaching practices and school leadership while ensuring robust regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for building scalable instructional frameworks that align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2022 standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Training & Development
- Design & Execution: Lead the creation of large-scale learning initiatives across the organization/ecosystem.
- TTT Models: Build and implement scalable Train-the-Trainer (TTT) models to ensure consistent quality across multiple regions.
- Digital Pedagogy: Develop impactful instructional frameworks and digital pedagogy solutions to drive outcome-driven learning.
2. Academic & Leadership Excellence
- School Leadership: Conduct intensive leadership programs for Principals and Directors, focusing on strategic management and institutional excellence.
- Teacher Training: Strengthen teaching practices through the design of professional development programs for educators.
- NEP/NCF Alignment: Ensure all academic programs and curriculum implementations are deeply aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF 2022.
4. Future-Ready Skills Integration
- Tech Literacy: Empower educators and professionals with future-ready skills, including AI fundamentals, coding, and digital literacy.
- Online Safety: Conduct programs focused on digital safety and online pedagogy solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Training Facilitation: Mastery of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and experiential learning approaches.
- Leadership Development: Expertise in academic leadership and people management.
- Soft Skills: Proficient in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and motivational coaching.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of educational policy (NEP 2020).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Ed (Education) and Any Graduate/ Post Graduate preferred to bridge the gap between pedagogy and technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in educator and leadership development.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
