Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled and passionate Director of Photography (DOP) / Cinematographer to join our production team in Bhubaneswar.
If you have a strong visual sense, understand storytelling through light and composition, and can turn creative concepts into powerful cinematic visuals, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the cinematography and visual execution of films, advertisements, music videos, documentaries, branded content and digital productions.
- Work closely with the Director, Creative Team and Production Team to develop the visual language of each project.
- Plan camera setups, lenses, framing, movement and lighting.
- Design and execute professional lighting setups.
- Operate and supervise cinema cameras and related equipment.
- Conduct camera, lens and lighting tests when required.
- Maintain high standards of exposure, composition, image quality and visual continuity.
- Coordinate with camera assistants, gaffers, lighting technicians and production crew.
- Collaborate with post-production and color-grading teams to achieve the desired final look.
- Adapt creatively and technically to different locations, schedules and production requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience as a DOP / Cinematographer / Camera Operator.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition and camera movement.
- Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses and lighting equipment.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative instincts.
- Familiarity with modern cinema-camera workflows and color-grading processes.
- Ability to work independently and lead the camera/lighting department when required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.
