Job Summary
Britannia Labels India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Printing Machine Operators to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring label printing machines, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining production efficiency, and following safety standards. Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced operators are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate label printing machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and prepare materials for production.
- Monitor printing quality, color consistency, registration, and output accuracy.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimal wastage.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Verify printed labels against approved samples and customer specifications.
- Record production details and machine performance data.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Flexo Printing, Label Printing, Offset Printing, or related printing operations is an added advantage.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
