- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with software solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle SCM applications effectively.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL to support application development and data management.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members clearly and effectively.
