Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant to join our team. The consultant should have good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in the Logistics-Warehouse Management module. The consultant should have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. The consultant should also have the capability to lead a team from offshore and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.

Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.

Perform system configuration and customization according to business requirements.

Conduct thorough testing and provide support during user acceptance testing.

Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant.

Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management module.

Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.

Capable of leading a team from offshore and effectively managing project deliverables.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
