- Respond to customer queries in Hindi and English.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or telecalling is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer issues politely and professionally.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and online order management systems is an advantage.
- Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and delivery updates.
- Handle return, refund, replacement, and warranty requests.
- Provide product information and basic technical guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
