Prop Vestors Private Limited is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate sector. HR Executives commonly handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Post job advertisements on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Organize employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Experience in recruitment through job portals and social media.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
