Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare complete working drawings, detailing drawings, and execution drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Visit project sites regularly and ensure accurate execution as per drawings
- Handle on-site queries and provide timely technical solutions
- Ensure projects adhere to design intent, quality standards, and timelines
- Prepare drawings and documentation as per local regulations and project requirements
- Assist in material selection and ensure correct application during execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across Mumbai

Skills & Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Ability to produce accurate working drawings and construction details
- Practical understanding of site execution and coordination
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Candidate Profile
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
- 3+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Dynamic personality with a professional approach
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to explore, experiment, and adopt innovative design solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
