Field Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai (Field Role)
We are a leading manufacturer of premium fitness and gym equipment, expanding our market presence across Mumbai and surrounding regions. We are looking for energetic and driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and business development.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories. This is a field-based role that requires regular market visits and travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, gyms, fitness centers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure product visibility and promote the company's product range.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while handling customer objections professionally.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and territory data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil language proficiency preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Must be willing to travel across Mumbai and nearby areas as required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
