Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, and bidding on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Prepare proposals and respond to client requirements
- Manage client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development services
