About the Role
Mahashankh Design & Technology is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by promoting our AI solutions, software development services, digital products, website development, mobile app development, branding, and technology solutions to businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Identify and qualify potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Willing to work from the office in Amer, Jaipur.
